Read a new publication from Oncowitan: Various polyacetylenic compounds have been isolated from the roots of the plant Codonopsis pilosula which is largely used in Chinese Traditional Medicine. The pharmacological properties of the polyacetylene glycoside Lobetyolin are presented here, with a focus on its anticancer properties.
